Today however, clear vision is possible in all of these activities—even without wearing glasses. Contact lenses are an attractive substitute for glasses or an ideal solution when driving or going out. Contact lenses also offer a number of benefits if worn in the workplace.

Contact lenses ensure clear vision just as your glasses do and, in the same way as your glasses, your prescription does not dictate the comfort of your contacts. Furthermore, contact lenses offer a big advantage and do not narrow your visual field. In particular, thick lenses in glasses constrict the visual field at the edge, whereas contact lenses always offer perfect all around vision. Additionally, they can’t get fogged, dusty or slide off your nose. This offers a number of benefits in jobs where you need freedom of movement, to complete precision tasks or if you experience intensive activity. Finally, whilst participating in sporting activities, there is an additional risk of injury when wearing glasses which is averted by contact lenses. Apart from these practical advantages, contact lenses do not change your look and nothing obstructs the beauty of your eyes.
