Who are you?

We are a chain of opticians with headquarters in Borne, which is managed by the Hofland family in the third generation. Our primary goal ist to offer our costumers contact lenses at an affordable price with the same level of service they would expect from us in our stores. Does it matter which lenses I use?  

Yes. Different kinds of contact lenses are used to correct different eyesight deficiencies. Please consult an optician or ophthalmologist to determine which lenses suit you best and your correction values. You can find a list of our shops here. How do I insert my contact lenses?

Inserting contact lenses might be a bit tricky for beginners. To help you learn the process, we have put together a short instruction here.

 

Why do I need my power values? And where can I find them?

Your power values determine which level of correction your eyes need and are essential for correct sight. You can usually find these on the packaging of your current contact lenses or the prescription of your optician or ophthalmologist. If you are in doubt or do not know your power values, please contact an eye specialist or visit us in one of our shops directly.

 

How often should contact lenses and eyes be checked?

It is very important to visit an eye specialist at least once a year to determine changes in the eye in time.

You can choose between iDeal, PayPal, Master Card or Visa. The price of your order remains the same regardless of the payment method used.

Do you have delivery charges?

We offer free delivery to customers in the Netherlands.

 

When will I receive my contact lenses?

We do everything to ensure delivery within 3-5 days. However, unforeseen circumstances over which we have little control might delay your delivery slightly. If you have registered with us, you can always check the status of your order online here. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form.

 

Can I exchange/return my lenses?

Yes. Your satisfaction is our priority. Should you, for any reason, not be satisfied with your product you can apply for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To return your order, please visit SelektVracht in your account and use your SelektVracht infocode which you have received together with your shipment. Alternatively, you can also return your order through any DHL ServicePoint near you or you can contact us via our contact form.

 

Do you ship outside of the Netherlands?

Yes, we deliver to the Netherlands and to Belgium.

What is express shipping?

With our express shipping service your order will be delivered the next working day, provided that the order is placed before 3p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays excluded).

 

Do you offer express shipping for all your products?

We offer express shipping for all solutions and most of the contact lenses. The availability of your lenses will be checked right after you entered your values. If the chosen contact lenses are at stock, you can choose to have them delivered with our offered express shipping method.

 

How much does express shipping cost?

Express shipping is for free. If you order until 3 p.m. we deliver your ordered products fast and free of charge via 24h – Express shipping. In case you order after 3p.m. we guarantee a free delivery on the day after tomorrow.

 

When do I need to place my order to guarantee next day delivery?

If you want your order to be delivered on the following working day, you need to order before 3p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays excluded) and chose our offered express shipping in the checkout process.
